Monday:  Math pretest, Terms pretest, Begin Terms video if time
Tuesday:  Terms video part one
Weds:  Terms video part two
Thurs:  Terms quiz, begin equipment unit with equipment power point
Fri:  Equipment uses go through equipment in class, equipment bingo, equipment study guide (homework)

Monday:  Equipment Quiz, Measurement power point, Color equivalent worksheet (homework)
Tuesday:  Measurement Video with study guide
Weds:  Measurement card game, measurement study guide (homework)
Thurs:  Measurement flashcards, go through study guides, measurement relay
Friday:  Measurement review, measurement test, handwashing, Must pass the measurement test with 80 percent to cook in class

Monday:Portion reading and discussion on portion sizes
Tuesday:  Look at your 3 day intake.  Where are your nutrition weaknesses and strengths
Weds:  Cost and Nutritional analysis of Trail Mix.  Make trail mix
Thursday:  Grain information, discuss pasta lab
Friday:  Make Pasta

Monday, March 8
Review for Final

March 9 and 10 final days
1st, 3rd and 5th period have finals, March 9
2nd, 4th and 6th period have finals, March 10
