Re: Civil War memo assignment
The document you are reading is in typical memo form. Memos are often used in the business and academic worlds to facilitate communication. The heading contains the date, the person(s) to whom the memo is sent, the name of the sender(s), and the subject of the memo.
I would like you to spend a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes looking up information about the Civil War (you may use the Internet, textbooks, magazines, and so forth). Then please type up a memo in the format you see here. Within this memo I would like you to write about a minimum of three interesting things you discover (minimum of 200 words – 10 points).
